Firm and compact in youth and filling out with restrained yellow fruit, wax, floral and saline characters with age.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eUnlike a Vin Jaune, the 'Le Clos' is topped (\u003cem\u003eouillé \u003c\/em\u003emethod) up during maturation.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWithout additions, and matured in oak barrels for over 3 years.
