Côte-Brune" represents the sole plot selection at our Domaine, originating from the renowned "Côte-Brune" registered denomination. Crafted since 1976, this wine epitomizes complexity, serving as a true reflection of its distinctive terroir. Produced under the esteemed Côte Rôtie appellation, our vineyards thrive in schist-based soils, nurturing 100% Syrah grapes. Employing a meticulous vinification process, we utilize 100% whole bunches with a maceration period of approximately three weeks. Following this, the wine matures for 24 months in barrels, with 30% being new, resulting in an aging potential of 20-30 years.
