Refund policy

Non-returnable items
Under the CPA, certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as wine). Please get in touch at imports@radforddale.com if you believe your wine to be faulty in any way or have specific questions or concerns.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Transport damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the wine arrives damaged / broken or if you receive the wrong wine, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
