L'Inattendu, meaning 'Unexpected,' is a white wine that surprises with its rich texture and complexity. It offers a dry and well-balanced profile, combining freshness, minerality, and savory elements. The wine exhibits floral notes, accompanied by subtle hints of honey and nuts. The blend primarily consists of Grenache Blanc, complemented by a touch of Maccabeu, resulting in a multi-layered and intricately structured wine. It undergoes fermentation and aging on its lees for 12 months in large oak barrels, adding depth and character to the final product. ABV 13.5%
