Juliénas 'Clos du Fief' Magnum

100% Gamay Noir. This wine presents a pleasing ruby red color and offers aromas of red berries, cherry, and blackcurrant. On the palate, it showcases soft tannins, long-lasting flavours, and a spicy note on the finish. The vineyards are farmed using certified organic practices and are situated on granite-based sites with ancient alluvial deposits, some sandy soils, and a fair amount of clay, resting on the bedrock of the region's volcanic blue stone. The wine undergoes semi-carbonic maceration in cement and is aged in cement.
