This wine offers a voluptuous and indulgent experience, showcasing a rich and fruity profile that is skillfully balanced by an impressive structure. It exudes purity and crispness, with a prominent black currant flavor that captures the palate. As it continues to develop, this wine is expected to evolve into something truly remarkable, gaining further complexity and depth. This vineyard spans 81 hectares and follows a certified organic and biodynamic approach to viticulture, holding both Ecocert and Biodyvin/Demeter certifications. The vineyard's soils consist of quaternary gravel, and maintenance practices involve shallow tillage. The vines, averaging 50 years of age, are pruned using the double Guyot - Médocain style. With a plantation density of 9500 vines per hectare, the grape varietals include 62% Cabernet Sauvignon, 32% Merlot, 4% Cabernet Franc, and 2% Petit Verdot. Harvests are carried out by hand in small crates, ensuring careful selection. The vinification process involves manual sorting and destemming, followed by alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and a maceration period of 4 weeks with gentle punch-downs. Malolactic fermentation takes place in vats. Aging occurs with 50% of the wine in new oak barrels, 35% in concrete amphoras, and 15% in one-wine oak barrels for a duration of 16 to 18 months. ABV 13.5%
