Chablis

A clear light golden in colour, flecked through with emerald green.Look for scents of lemon, hazelnuts and ginger. Fresh and mineral on the palate with flavours of green fruits and pineapple. If ever a wine smacked of the terroir: the hard white limestone and Kimmeridgean soils, if ever a wine seemed to be a combination of light, stone and water, bright, unyielding and limpid, then Chablis describes that wine.These, once transported to the cellar and pressed, give rise to the must which is fermented in steel tanks. Matured in stainless steel tank for 6 months. ABV 12.5%
