Bright, spicy and energetic on the palate, offering juicy raspberry, boysenberry and spice cake flavors that show clarity and deepen slowly with air. Delivers seamless texture and bright, minerally on the gently tannic finish. Granite, practicing organic, 50 year old vineyard, 1ha. The wine undergoes fermentation in concrete vats with minimal pump-overs, followed by aging in the same vats for 6 months. It is then bottled without fining or filtration, preserving its natural character. ABV 14%
