100% Pinot Noir. This wine exhibits a relatively elegant and cool profile with a combination of wild red cherry, sauvage, and discreet spice aromas. The precise and almost lilting middleweight flavors possess a lovely sense of tension, displaying fine length on the youthfully austere and balanced finale. While it could benefit from a bit more depth, this should develop nicely with a few years of aging. ABV 14%.
