Mâcon-Villages 'Nos 5 Terroirs'

The Paquet family meticulously tends to their 50 plots, applying organic and biodynamic practices while closely monitoring each production phase. Camille Paquet, representing the new generation, strives to uphold the family's legacy while embracing a more hands-off winemaking approach. 

The 2024 Mâcon-Villages Nos Cinq Terroirs is the domaine cuvée of Famille Paquet, and as the name suggests, it comes in from five singular terroirs of the appellation, from Fuissé to Chardonnay (village). This is the first vintage seeing partial (30%) maturation in French oak barrel and foudre (oak Vats).

It's a beautifully balanced Chardonnay, notably taut and linear for this side of Burgundy, with clean orchard fruit and a lovely acid line.
