This Adelaide Hills Chardonnay presents chalky and citrus notes with fresh lime, evolving into baked oat biscuits, beeswax, melon, and a hint of BBQ smoke on the nose.

The palate offers vibrant acidity and fine structure, featuring pristine lemon-lime fruit, hints of grapefruit, apple, and toasty nuances. Sourced from high-elevation vineyards, the wine reflects the coolness of the region.

The 2021 vintage's low yields contributed to concentrated fruit while maintaining acidity. Handpicked and whole-bunch pressed, the wine underwent wild barrel fermentation and maturation in puncheons and barriques for 10 months, with around 15% new oak.
