Displays a shiny golden color with green reflections. The nose presents a blend of white-flesh fruits like peaches and pears, along with subtle flint stone notes. On the palate, the wine is ample and well-balanced, culminating in a persistent sensation of freshness. This particular cuvée is sourced from two plots called 'En Pierrelet,' planted in 1990, with a surface area of 2.9670 HA. The soil composition is a smooth terrasse with a mixture of clay and limestone, predominantly limestone, and an abundance of small white stones on the surface. The grapes are carefully hand-harvested and sorted to maintain their integrity. After a gentle pressing, the juice settles overnight before being gravity-filled into barrels. The wine undergoes 100% malolactic fermentation and matures for 16 months in 400-liter barrels, followed by two months in stainless-steel tanks. French oak from Bourgogne, Allier, and Vosges forests, lightly toasted, is exclusively used. ABV 13.5%
