100% Cinsault. Dark aromas of violet, black cherry, plum and wet clay lead to a flush, well-balanced palate. This amphorae-fermented-and-aged Cinsault from Itata tastes decidedly natural, with an abundance of pure plum, currant and cherry fruit. The finish is bright and lively as well. The organically farmed grapes are sourced from an ungrafted, head-pruned vineyard. Fermented destemmed in terracotta amphorae for 15 days—then kept there for the winter and spring, and bottled unfiltered after malolactic with just a little sulphur. ABV 13%
