Gold straw color. Aromas of melon, peach, and honey with traces of cinnamon and toast. On the palate, the wine is dry, silky, and savory, with medium intensity, subtle citrus, and flinty minerality. Good texture and length, with an energetic, slightly spicy finish. Manual harvested and partially destemmed. Fermented in oak barrels of 600lt and foudres (large old barrels) with indigenous yeast. Aged on lees for 12 months. Topped up (ouille). Undergoes full malolactic conversion. Unfiltered, unfined, No So2 added. ABV 12.5%
