This beautiful Pinot Noir boasts a complex, fresh profile with a light texture, fine tannins, and an elegant aftertaste. The grapes are manually harvested and whole bunches are used. The wine is macerated for 14 days without pumping over or punching down, and then fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeast. It is aged for 10 months in stainless steel tanks and a type of amphora (jarre en grès). The wine undergoes full malolactic conversion and is unfiltered, unfined, with no SO2 added. It has an ABV of 12.5%.
