Domaine Des Perdrix

Domaine des Perdrix (as Château de Chamirey in Mercurey) is owned by the Devillard family. Alex Dale knows them well as he used to work there & they’re an exceptionally gracious & generous family, who are refreshingly keen to hear opinion & evolve. Domaine des Perdrix own & manage vineyard parcels in several top villages of the Côte de Nuits, including Nuits-St-George, Vosne-Romanée & Echezeaux. This over- achieving Bourgogne red is a stalwart among our Burgundy drinking base, from several plots of Pinot Noir in Premeaux-Prissey, planted between 1956 & 1965.
