The soul of the Chartrons, and of their village are joined in this glass. White flowers and fruits mingle with the minerality of limestone, which provides the « white tannins » that fill the mouth and remain for several seconds. This is a village wine with a length on the palate that suggests a premier cru. This wine can be appreciated now and for several years to come. The vineyards are situated on clay and limestone.100% Barrel fermentation (25% new oak barrels / 80% barrels aged 1 and up to 5 years). Maturing on fine lees for 12 months in barrel and 4 months in tank. ABV 13%
