It offers a rich array of flavors, including mushroom, red cherry, toast, and bark. Additionally, it captures the elusive and desirable essence of autumn woods with hints of moss, mulch, and a touch of wet-dog scent. The cuvée is sourced from the Les Duresses and Grands Champs vineyards, with vines that were planted shortly after the war. The wine is then manually devatted (without pumping). Pneumatic pressing is carried out by fractionation and at low pressure to extract the most noble tannins. The press wine is tasted before assembly. Aging in oak barrels with 30 to 40% new barrels depending on the qualitative potential of each vintage. The aging period is adapted to preserve the fruit (from 15 to 18 months). ABV 13%
