The Llum wine is a complex and well-balanced white blend made from Mediterranean grape varieties. It exhibits a rich and fruity nose with floral, balsamic, and mineral hints. On the palate, it is intense, fresh, and savory, displaying excellent balance. The grapes used in the blend come from both young and old vines of Grenache Gris and Macabeu planted between 1919 and 2008. These vines grow on barren slate soils without clay, contributing to the wine's distinctive crystalline and mineral character. The winemaking process involves whole-cluster pressing, settling without cooling, and ambient yeast fermentation in a combination of oak barrels and cement vats. The wine is vinified and aged in various sizes of barrels and foudres, mostly used ones. ABV 12.5%
