100% Pinot Noir. Raspberry and cherry fruit aromas; seductive floral notes with hints of spice; subtle tannins on the finish. These Pinot Noir vines are un-grafted - meaning they are planted using their own rootstock, due to Phylloxera this is an extremely rare occurrence in Californian Vineyards. The grapes are crushed and punched down by foot. After fermentation the wine is transferred to French oak barrels by gravity, where it stays without racking for months. ABV 11.3%
