Sonoma Coast Syrah

100% Syrah. From four Sonoma Coast vineyards located in cool, difficult conditions around Sebastapol and Petaluma Gap, resulting in a tense, edgy Syrah. There’s a nice fruity blackberry, black cherry juiciness at its core that will open up in time to flesh out the dry, tannic palate. The cooler climate gives the wine a peppery texture as well as a lively acidic structure. The grapes were fermented using 100% whole cluster with native yeasts. Aged in neutral, French oak for 11 months. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. ABV 12%
