Light at first, with mineral characteristics, but with a story of dark plum and chalkiness a young finish. The vineyard management at this estate follows biodynamic principles, emphasizing a holistic and sustainable approach to agriculture. In the cellar, the winemaking process involves carbonic maceration and spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks, using whole clusters. It is then bottled without fining or filtration, preserving its natural qualities. ABV 12%
