The wine presents a pale ruby color and exudes sweet aromas of fresh, red berries, pepper, and earth. On the palate, it offers inviting flavors of juicy fruit and spice, displaying vibrancy, depth, balance, and a lingering finish. Following hand harvesting and pressing, fermentation occurs in tanks before the wine is aged for 12 months in 10-15% new oak barrels. Ramonet opts to retain the gross lees post-pressing, believing they contribute beneficial elements to the wine. ABV 13.5%
