100% Pinot Noir. The combination of the region's highest and oldest Pinot Noir vines and a very cool season has resulted in pitch perfect phenolic and tannin ripeness, with plenty of Scary Gully spice on the nose. The vines undergo meticulous care including thinning, tucking, straightening, and hedging, and the grapes are hand-harvested in the cool mornings. In the cellar, 20% whole cluster open top fermentation for three weeks. Ageing for eight months in French oak barriques, 15% new, before racking to tank for three months and bottled. ABV 13.5%
