Blended from a solera system of base vintages back to 2011. No sulphur used in the fermentation and maturation of the wine.
Primary fermentation in tank, with secondary fermentation in bottle where the wine lays on the fine lees for 3 years ahead of disgorge. Extra Brut dosage: 3g/l.
