These fragrances extend to the palate, with lifted ginger spice layered upon a mineral, sourdough-like texture, along with apricot and almond savouriness. The Viognier's characteristic texture is evident, offering complexity, purity, and restraint that evolves with aeration. The blend incorporates 'new' clones alongside older vines, enhancing diversity. Eden Valley's climatic conditions, marked by a dry winter and warm growing season, fostered excellent vine growth and grape development. The wine underwent fermentation and maturation for 10 months in mature French oak barriques and puncheons, yielding a nuanced and elegant final product. ABV 14%
