The palate unfolds with layers of flavors echoing the fruit, natural fermentation, and yeast lees aging. A delicate touch of oak appears as cinnamon and spice, showcasing the intricate nuances from barrel-matured reserve wine. A refreshing finish is brought about by well-balanced acidity. Sourced from South Australian vineyards, the Chardonnay benefits from minimal intervention winemaking, including wild yeasts, malolactic fermentation, lees interaction, and subtle oak, resulting in a Chardonnay characterized by depth, complexity, and individuality.
