The domaine’s production has been converted to organic and biodynamic principles, with an extra layer of freshness and vigour introduced to the classic richness and power of the estate’s wines. This wine have a cellaring Potential of 5 to 20 years. After three or four weeks of maceration, wines are aged in 30 to 100 percent renewed barrels, depending on the appellation and vintage. ABV 13%
