The palate is rounded on the entry with slightly low acidity, but it is nicely balanced and feels harmonious on the creamy finish. Decent, early-drinking Rully. Start of fermentation in temperature-controlled vats then put into one-year-old barrels. On fine lees until the end of malolactic fermentation, racking at 10 months, bottling after fining and light filtration. ABV 13.5%
