From vineyards flanking Lake Neusiedl, the wine harmonizes limestone-rich soils of Leithaberg's cool woods with sun-soaked slopes of the Parndorfer Platte. Crafted with organic and biodynamic care, handpicked grapes undergo spontaneous fermentation and two weeks of skin maceration before maturing for 17 months in wooden vats and used oak barrels.
