Aloxe Corton

Tollot-Beaut's Aloxe-Corton wine exhibits enticing aromas and flavors of red cherries, red plum, violets, and earth. It is accompanied by vibrant acidity and moderate tannins, adding structure to the wine. The vines used for this wine were planted between 1973 and 1993, showcasing the maturity of the vineyard. The Pinot Noir grapes undergo mostly de-stemming before fermentation. Afterward, the wine is aged for 18 months in 30% new Burgundian pièce, which imparts additional complexity and subtle oak influences to the final product. ABV 13.5%
