Château Le Rey

Château Le Rey farm & vinify individual parcels on the estate, more akin to a Burgundy philosophy than that of traditional Bordeaux, where a first & second wine may be produced. The Les Argileuses 2021 cuvee is a combination of 80% Merlot & 20% Cabernet Franc, planted on the green & blue clay terroir of the estate. The wine is matured in conical stainless-steel tanks only. It’s a unique expression, with deep varietal characters, so youthful, raw & inviting.
