To the eye it is bright yellow. The nose releases numerous floral tones, honey and ripe yellow fruits. The taste is of excellent structure, with hints of fruit and honey, very elegant.The plots are oriented towards Santenay, where the soil tends to have more silica and less lime. The cultivation methods are traditional and natural fertilization is done every three years, after studies on the needs of the soil. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in oak barrels, with elevation on the yeasts and batonnage, malolactic always in wood between 13 and 14ºC. The decanting and clarification are carried out in the tenth month, and the bottling takes place after a year of refinement. ABV13.5%
