This wine offers a bouquet full of charm with prominent black fruit aromas. On the palate, it is supple and showcases ripe tannins, accompanied by flavors of black cherry, black olive, and blueberry. It displays a good volume of fruit and exhibits an elegant character. The plot for this wine is situated at the mid-slope, facing South-East. The soil composition consists of clay and limestone in semi-deep soils. The vineyard covers an area of 0.5 hectares, and the average age of the vines is 35 years. The harvest is done manually with careful sorting. The vinification process involves 100% destemming and traditional vinification in thermoregulated stainless steel vats, with a vatting period of 15 days. Maturation occurs for 12 to 15 months, partially in oak barrels and stainless steel tanks, including 25% new oak. ABV 13.5%
