Vouvray Moelleux

'Moelleux' is a French term meaning mellow or soft, and in the case of Vouvray Chenin Blanc it designates the wine as naturally medium sweet (50g/l). 

This is a beautiful example from Careme, combining richness with zingy, acid driven freshness and varietal cool-climate Chenin flavours of apple, quince, honey and florals.

A particularly good wine for food. Think white fish, curries... or a Pork Roast. Served in a 750ml bottle to share.
