Chinon Les Beaux Monts

This Chinon (Cabernet Franc) comes from biodynamically certified old vines on clay-limestone soils, giving fleshy but charming tannins. An excellent wine of the Chinon appellation which could easily fill the legendary thirst of Gargantua. Good with winter meals.
