The Saint-Romain wine exhibits enticing aromas of butter, citrus, and subtle toasty notes. It offers a well-balanced palate, with flavors of green apple, mirabelle plum, and a finish reminiscent of grilled toast. With its combination of fullness and vibrant freshness, this wine is an excellent companion for food. With vineyard holdings in Beaune and Gevrey-Chambertin, Remoissenet Père et Fils is able to produce exceptional grand cru wines, both white and red. These wines undergo aging in new French oak barrels, up to 100 percent in some cases, and the reds are left unfined and unfiltered. ABV 13.5%
