The red wines, in particular, are crafted using fully destemmed fruit, resulting in expressive and approachable characteristics. With vineyard holdings in Beaune and Gevrey-Chambertin, Remoissenet Père et Fils is able to produce exceptional grand cru wines, both white and red. These wines undergo aging in new French oak barrels, up to 100 percent in some cases, and the reds are left unfined and unfiltered. ABV 13.5%
