100% Albariño. This pale golden wine exhibits a floral and aromatic bouquet with hints of apples, pears, and citrus on the nose. Its light and fresh character carries a pleasingly tart acidity, leading to a surprisingly long finish with continued citrus nuances. The vineyards are situated at elevations of 150 to 450 feet above sea level, benefitting from a mild average annual temperature of 59°F, minimal frost, and ample rainfall. After a 6-hour cold maceration, the grapes undergo a low-temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks using indigenous vineyard yeasts. The wine is then cold stabilized and filtered before bottling at the Abbey of San Campio. ABV 12.5%
