Tasting note:Β
The combination of the region's highest and oldest Pinot Noir vines result in a beautifully balanced and perfumed cool-climate expression of the varietal. Predominantly vibrant red fruits with a little spicy and dark cherry undertow. The finish long, a little savoury and satisfying. Excellent stuff from one of the hills top independent producers.
