100% Grenache. This Grenache displays a bright garnet hue with purple and red highlights. Its bouquet entices with dark cherry, raspberry, floral, and spicy notes, accompanied by hints of orange zest and lavender. The medium-bodied palate presents a harmonious blend of fruit and spices, supported by silky tannins and vibrant acidity. Crafted from old bush vines planted between 1920 and 1976, these low-yielding vineyards produce intensely flavored fruit, reflecting diverse terroirs, from sandy soils to red-brown earth over clay. Adequate winter and spring rains nurtured healthy canopies, and optimal flowering conditions yielded balanced fruit set. A mild summer fostered rich color, aromatics, and natural acidity. Aged for 10 months in older French oak puncheons and hogsheads. ABV 14%
