Pale green luminosity veils a complex fragrance of vetiver, dried flowers of gentian and star anise. A capital retroolfaction, powerful texture with a superb dry extract already showing its force. Finesse to discover after many years in the bottle. Type of soil : clay and limestone. 100% Barrel fermentation (40% new oak barrels / 60% barrels aged 1, 2 and 3 years). Maturing on fine lees for 14 months in barrel and 4 months in tank. ABV 14%
