Beaujolais Blanc

This wine has a light gold color and offers aromas of citrus fruits and white flowers on the nose. It has a refreshing taste with citrus notes, displaying a pleasant tension and overall balance. Clay-limestone soils, place called Bel Air in Saint Jean d'Ardières, vines 7 years old on average, plot of 0.50 ha, altitude of 250m. Slow and low pressure pressing, cold settling for 24 hours, indigenous yeasts, alcoholic fermentation for 2 months at 12°C, malolactic fermentation done at 100%. Maturing for 12 months in oak. ABV 12.5%
