Beaujolais Villages

Finesse, purity and delicious flavours are the watchwords of this beautiful vintage by the excellent Alex Foillard! It is a Beaujolais Villages focused on red and black fruits and menthol aromas that give the wine great freshness! On the palate it is tasty and marked by a controlled acidity. Limestone and sandy soils, practicing organic, 70-year-old vineyard. The wine undergoes fermentation in concrete vats with minimal pump-overs, followed by aging in the same vats for 6 months. It is then bottled without fining or filtration, preserving its natural character. ABV 12%
