The wine displays an intense green-gold color with silver reflections. On the nose, it offers a charming bouquet with fresh yellow fruit notes of apricot and yellow peach, accompanied by toasted, flinty, and spicy aromas. The palate is tasty and mouthwatering, with a pleasant sapidity and a sensation of chalk and stone that showcases its purity. The wine finishes with energy and vitality. Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes grown on a 0.27-hectare plot, the grapes were carefully handpicked into small crates and pressed in a pneumatic winepress. The entire process of alcoholic fermentation and aging took place in oak barrels, allowing the wine to develop complexity and depth.
