This white wine displays a light golden color. The bouquet is easygoing and offers hints of pear and apple blossom. On the palate, it is quite round, and the finish reveals tropical flavors. The plot is situated in the flat part of the Pommard area. The soil composition consists of clay and limestone. The vineyard covers an area of 0.90 hectares, with an average vine age of 30 years. The harvest is conducted manually with careful sorting. The vinification process involves 25% traditional fermentation in oak barrels and 75% fermentation in thermoregulated stainless steel vats. Maturation takes place with 25% in oak barrels (with no new oak) and 75% in stainless steel tanks for a duration of 10 to 12 months. abv 13%
