Bourgogne Les Femelottes

Ripe apple and citrus flavours; medium-bodied with a smooth texture; lovely, clean, fresh finish. This is a 15 hectare-domaine (37 acres) that produces wine from 14 A.O.C.'s (80% White, 20% Red). The vineyard is divided into 70 parcels planted to vines that are 40 years old or more. Fermentation in barrel with natural yeast. Aged in French oak. Light filtration before bottling. ABV 12.5%
