Bourgogne Les Saussots

Sourced from Meursault area. Pineapple and apricot aromas on the nose. Vanilla, sweet and long flavours of pineapple, white peach and minerals. Warm and rich, good acidity and excellent balance. On the plain at Puligny-Montrachet, these old vines grow on deep soil with lots of clay, producing golden, concentrated grape. Fermentation in barrel with natural yeast. Aged in French oak. Light filtration before bottling. ABV 12.5%
