The vineyard's gravel, clay, and limestone soils, combined with 20-year-old vines, contribute to its unique character. The winemaking process involves an 18-day maceration with native yeasts and low temperatures to extract the primary aromas. It is then aged in wood tanks until spring and bottled in April with minimal sulfur use, preserving the wine's natural expression. ABV 12%
