Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux

This wine presents a nose filled with concentrated aromas of cherries, blackberries, and coffee. On the palate, it is rich, warm, and full-bodied, with a long-lasting finish and velvety tannins. The oak influence is skillfully integrated, adding depth and complexity. Overall, it is a wine crafted with precision, exhibiting a modern style that can be likened to haute couture. The blend consists mainly of Merlot and Cabernet Franc, and the vineyards are situated in close proximity to the Saint-Émilion appellation on clay-limestone soils. The grapes are carefully hand-harvested and sorted to ensure only the finest berries are used. In the cellar, traditional vinification takes place in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats, with a prolonged maceration at high temperatures. The composition of this wine is 85% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Franc. ABV 15%
